Lindsay Curtis

Born and raised in West Knoxville, Lindsay takes great pride in calling East Tennessee her home. Her immense knowledge of the area makes her a valuable resource for clients looking to move to East Tennessee. As an Accredited Buyers Representative, Lindsay has a passion for helping her clients find “the one” that makes their faces light up with excitement. She has an innate gift for knowing exactly which homes best suit her clients’ goals.

Growing up, Lindsay was fortunate to experience her parents’ love for travel and has visited more than 25 countries. These travel experiences not only have attributed to her love of culture and people of all walks of life, but also confirmed how fortunate she is to live in the beautiful city of Knoxville. Lindsay attended the University of Tennessee where she graduated in only three years with a degree in psychology.

When she is not hard at work assisting her clients, Lindsay can be found contributing her time to multiple pet rescue organizations or spending time with her husband, Stevan, her two beautiful children, Brooks and Rowan, her two dogs, Lucky and Duke, and her cat, Axl Rose.

As one of four siblings, Jenna values spending time with friends and family. In her free time, she works as a children’s dance instructor and volunteers for her church childcare service.

Gina Wells

As a Knoxville native, Gina is deeply connected to East Tennessee. Her mother’s family was one of the founding families to settle in South Knoxville, a now robust and thriving community. After graduating from The University of Tennessee with a degree in anthropology and psychology, Gina lived in Atlanta, Georgia, Jacksonville, Florida and Saint Johns, Florida where she built a successful 15-year career in commercial real estate. At her most recent commercial real estate position, Gina managed day-to-day operations for a 2-million square foot portfolio of industrial property with more than 70 tenants.

Gina’s clients often compliment her efficiency and determination for helping them negotiate the best deals. She works tirelessly on her clients behalf and is happy to provide guidance throughout the process whether it’s sharing her opinion on the best restaurant in town or who to hire for home repairs. She is there for her clients every step of the way.

Gina spends her free time enjoying the mountains of East Tennessee, attending local concerts and hanging out with her husband, Warren, her son, Jep and her dog, Ginger.
